Depending on how you use the shop, we collect information you provide, including your name, business name where relevant, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery details, account details, quotation and order details, payment and transaction references, and messages about delivery, returns or support. The website may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages and products viewed, and cookie or similar identifiers.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, administer accounts, confirm stock, process orders and payments, arrange delivery, handle returns and warranties, provide customer support, protect the website and transactions against misuse, keep business records and meet legal obligations. Some details are necessary to complete an order or deliver goods; without them we may be unable to fulfil the transaction.
4. Payments and service providers
Payment methods shown at checkout are handled by the relevant payment provider. We receive the information needed to confirm and administer the order, such as payment status and a transaction reference. We do not ask you to send full card details by email or WhatsApp. We share relevant information with service providers involved in website hosting and maintenance, payment processing, delivery, customer support and professional services where reasonably needed for these purposes or required by law.

The storefront also loads Reddit and Snapchat for WooCommerce tracking scripts, configured as enabled when this policy was updated. Depending on the integration configuration, these tools can process information about visits and shopping activity, including product views and purchase events. Your browser settings can block or delete cookies, although blocking essential cookies may prevent the cart, checkout or account features from working.
